Accounts Assistant Permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work with a fast growing company with American backing with a view to further expansion. You will be working alongside an ACA Qualified CFO and a fully qualified Financial Controller, this is a great opportunity for an individual to be mentored by qualified accountants. Study support could possibly be provided for the right candidate.

An immediate start will be available to candidates who are available.

Duties will include:

– Running the Accounts Payable function for the company

– Prepare and maintain financial reports

– Reconcile bank statement and deal with discrepancies

– Budgeting and forecasting

– Accurately input data

– Help with the month-end and year-end tasks

– Working closely with the finance team to ensure compliance

Experience working with Xero or Sage would be preferable but not desirable.
