Accounts Assistant - Sales & Purchase Ledger

Salary: £25k - £35k per annum, depending on experience and qualifications 
9am - 5:00pm

Location: Tetbury, Wooton Under Edge, Dursley and surrounding areas

Previous Roles: Assistant Accountant, Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Finance Supervisor, Trainee Accountant, Finance Manager

EXPERIENCED FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR WITH SALES LEDGER OR PURCHASE LEDGER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ESSENTIAL BUSINESS SUPPORT 

ROLE: 

• Invoicing, Sales and Purchase Ledger administration
• Processing delivery notes
• Communicating with suppliers and maintaining their records
• Supporting the Finance Manager

EXPERIENCE: 

• You will have a background in finance administration and have had involvement in duties similar to the description above.
• You will be proficient with office, and be able to pick up new IT systems.
• You will be able to input data with accuracy. 

PREVIOUS ROLES: Financial Assistant, Supply chain Administrator Purchase Ledger Clerk, Credit Controller, Finance Controller, Sales Ledger Clerk, Sales Administrator

You will be organised, and have a good standard of Maths and English. 
You may be either AAT or Part CIMA qualified or working towards this
