- Set up of utility spreadsheet for each contract with MPAN No’s and Meter No’s.
- Dealing with utility queries on a day-to-day basis.
- Handover of all utilities to client
- Analyse and approve invoices.
- Investigate any discrepancies on prices with site.
- Ad hoc projects with finance department
- Experience with CIS
- Knowledge of utility accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
