Job Description
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
- Handling daily financial transactions such as cash receipts and payments.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with all financial policies and regulations.
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Supporting the Accounting & Finance Department with various tasks as needed.
- Resolving financial disputes and handling customer queries.
- Implementing efficient and secure procedures for cash handling and transactions.
- Regularly reviewing financial data and preparing monthly reports.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with financial and accounting procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in numeracy.
