We are actively recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a Leighton Buzzard based company. Please note, this position is FULLY office based, with NO remote working.
Working Hours:
- 08.30am to 17:30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
Location:
- Leighton Buzzard.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- To assist Credit Control Manager with daily tasks.
- Contacting debtors via telephone and email.
- Sales and purchase ledger update and maintenance.
- Resolving invoice queries.
- Processing customer payments.
- Mailing and emailing of monthly customer statements.
- Processing and despatching orders.
- General admin tasks.
- Any other tasks which the company feels necessary to facilitate customer satisfaction, and within your capability.
Skills required:
- Previous credit control experience.
- Xero accounting knowledge.
- A full understanding and experience of Xero accounting software and how to use it.
- Knowledge of Sage.
- Excel knowledge to the highest level such as data analyst, pivot tables, formatting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail - highest level.
