Accounts & Audit Semi-Senior

TPF Recruitment is proud to represent an independent firm of chartered accountants in their search for an Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the firm. Role: The Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior will play a vital role in the firm's audit and accountancy services. The split of work is evenly distributed, with 50% of the role dedicated to audit and 50% to accounts preparation. Responsibilities: Conducting audits in accordance with auditing standards and statutory requirements. Preparing accounts for a variety of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Assisting with the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments. Liaising with clients to gather information and resolve queries. Drafting tax computations and assisting with tax compliance work. Providing support to junior team members and assisting with their development. Requirements Requirements: Part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with significant progress made towards qualification. Minimum of 2 years' experience in accountancy practice, with a focus on audit and accounts. Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and auditing procedures. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Benefits Salary: The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £40,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
