An amazing opportunity has arisen for Accounts Clerk to join a well- established company based in Pinxton. This is a unique role for someone who has some experience of accounts with cash allocations of payments, as the Accounts Clerk you will be working closely with the Credit Control Team, initially temporary with the potential of becoming permanent.
The main duties of the Accounts Clerk will be:
- Monitoring monies coming in and processing cash allocations
- Maintain accurate records of refunds transactions
- Tracking payments
- Reconciling daily cash against bank statements
- Assisting with month-end and yearend
- Collating financial information for reports
- Investigating and resolving queries
- Ad hoc accounting tasks
The Accounts Clerk should have:
- Previous experience of accounts
- Allocation of cash payments experience
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Good IT skills
