Countrywide are seeking a driven and professional customer service specialist who wants to be a part of an established, passionate team who support the accounting functions within Countrywide’s estate agency network.

We are on the lookout for a committed Accounts Administrator to join our Client Accounting team who shares the same passion for customer service as we do!
To succeed as a Client Accounts Coordinator, you will need to:
  • Demonstrate your passion for working with people by taking ownership of customer queries and seeing them through to a positive resolution.
  • Support our customers in an efficient and engaging way. You will need good telephone manner, coupled with strong numeracy and communication skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail. It is our responsibility to ensure the safekeeping and proper handling of millions of pounds of client money.
  • Establish and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Be a team player. You will need to confidently participate and contribute in team meetings and training.
  • Have a willingness to learn. Compliance is key in the property industry and you will need to proactively build your knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation.
