Responsibilities - Accounts Manager
- Work with a skilled team of accountants, handling various client services.
- Train and oversee junior team members, contributing to team development.
- Manage a client portfolio, offering services like annual accounts, tax filings, and bookkeeping.
- Handle client inquiries and support their business growth and compliance.
- Supervise Accounts Assistants, providing necessary guidance and training.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactively assist clients with their accounting and tax planning needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver account updates to clients and management.
- Review teamwork, communicate effectively with clients, and explain financial performance and obligations.
Qualifications - Accounts Manager
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager with excellent interpersonal skills.
- An excellent understanding of our client as a company and its goals.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
