Our Client, a supplier of home textiles, now has an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Office Administrator to join their friendly team in Salford Quays.
You will be supporting the Directors with a wide variety of tasks including:
- Bank reconciliation, creating and raising PO’’s and invoices.
- Preparing Qtr end Vat details for the accountants.
- Preparing and managing finance and product reports from Xero.
- Stock and order process management.
The Person:
- Dynamic and loves a challenge.
- Works on their own initiative.
- Enthusiastic and driven.
- 5 years or more Office Administrator experience.
- Experience of Xero a must, or a similar finance package.
- Literate in all Microsoft packages.
