Job Description

• Ownership of Credit Control across the B2C channel, running a weekly B2C debtors meeting
• Administration and reconciliation of incoming credit card payment receipts
• Ownership of direct debit receipts process and associated postings in Access Dimensions, including Genus Water Direct Debit receipts
• Posting of B2C finance payment receipts
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Calculation of monthly call out accrual (product/service revenue split for direct debit customers)
• Gross Margin Analysis for the Premier Compact range, and gross margin reconciliation across Dealer and Direct Channels
• Maintenance of default sales and purchase codes (and correction of automatic postings) in Access Dimensions
• Prepare and send Weekly Sales reporting to Group
• Roll forward of forecast and assistance with upload
• Assist Finance Manager with Budget process
• General support to the Finance Manager and wider finance-team, helping to answer queries received in the shared finance in box
• Providing holiday cover and backup support to the finance team, specifically in the posting of invoices, and bank reconciliations
