Morgan McKinley is delighted to be supporting a growing business in the heart of Crawley, West Sussex who are seeking to add an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to their finance function.
This role will provide key financial and administrative support the finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a larger organisation for key development in a finance function.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Location: Crawley - office based
Hours: 40hrs per week
Accounts Payable Administrator duties include:
- Process all in-bound invoices against costs and approve / decline for payment
- Strong relationship management
- Liaise with the internal operational team and ensure all sub-contractors are paid in a timely manner
- Manage the submission and authorisation of staff and supplier invoices
- Stock management
- Ad hoc financial duties
Skills and experience:
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstratable experience within an Accounts Payable role
- Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport with key stakeholders
