Accounts Receivables - Payable Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to support with the everyday Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable duties. This is a temporary finance job opportunity to start ASAP, working for a great company based in Redhill, Surrey. The Accounts Receivable - Payable Administrator role will be office based and will be part of their busy transactional finance team. Hours: 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday Location: Redhill office based Pay rate: £13-14 per hour Duration: Temp - 3-6 months Accounts Receivable - Payable duties include: Processing payments and invoices Uploading remittance advices Monitoring the finance inbox Processing Credit/Debit Adjustments Allocating BACS / Faster Payments received Resolving any payment queriesSkills and experience: Proven experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant - Finance Admin support role Experience of Accounts Receivables / Accounts Payable Good level of MS ExcelMorgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
