SalaryJob Opportunity: Accounts Payable Administrator (9-month Fixed Term Contract)
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join us on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of company payables while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
How You Will Make an Impact:
As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a critical role in monitoring and managing company payables in a timely manner. You will be responsible for accurately receiving and organising payables, matching and coding invoices, and ensuring timely payments. You will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Organisation and Invoicing:
- Process and match supplier invoices
- Resolve supplier queries
- Manage payments and receipts
- Send BACS remittances
Reconciliations:
- Review purchase orders and invoices
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Reconcile supplier accounts
Reporting and Improvement:
- Enhance processes
- Ensure compliance
- Support departmental goals

What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience working in Accounts Payable functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- AAT qualified or studier
