Accounts Payable Administrator - Permanent - Dublin 1
Here at Manpower we are currently recruiting for Accounts Payable Administrator for our client, one of Irelands leading transport companies in Dublin 1. The Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for facilitating the timely and accurate payment of suppliers and vendors for goods and services procured by the Company.
Salary & Remuneration:
- Up to €32k DOE
- Pension, Free onsite mini gym, Bike to work, Subsidised Canteen, 2 trips per year to the UK & France
- Hybrid working model after probation period
Role/Responsibilities:
- Receive and process invoices using the operational and accounting system (SAP).
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure invoice accuracy and resolve queries promptly.
- Prepare and manage weekly payment runs for approved invoices, recording transactions in SAP.
- Maintain open communication with both external suppliers and internal colleagues to ensure efficient processing of invoices and payments.
- Undertake ad hoc duties within the accounts department as required.
- Continuously evaluate existing systems for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills/Experience:
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly in advanced Excel.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably 1-2 years.
