Location – Head Office - Hobdens - 41a Beach Road, Littlehampton, BN17 5JA
Working Hours – 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Thursday, 09:00 – 17:00 Friday
Salary - £21,000 - £23,000 per annum

The role of Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective administration, control, processing and payment of supplier invoices.

What will your role look like?
- Managing the approval of Supplier invoices and Utility Bills on workflow in accordance with our internal processes.
- Supplier payments runs – ensuring payments are made twice weekly (thereby minimising risk of late/nonpayment issues).
- Payment of urgent invoices as and when required.
- Supplier ledger “hygiene” – includes ensuring individual supplier accounts are regularly maintained and reconciled; also ensuring all “debit”, “aged”, “queried”, “lost” or similar items are scrutinised and cleared down.
- Maintaining the highest professional standards of conduct, and data/processing integrity at all times.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks when required.
- To support other members of the team.
Do you have these skills?
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience in a busy accounts team.
- Ideally some experience in the property sector.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a polite and friendly telephone manner.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly competent in MS Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
