Accounts Payable Assistant

A national business that is growing at an impressive rate is seeking to recruit a highly competent Accounts Payable Assistant who will cover the full end to end responsibilities of the purchase ledger and expenses.Your duties will entail:

• Coding and processing all purchase invoices
• Dealing with supplier queries and all invoice filing
• Produce and sending remittances for all supplier payments
• Weekly approved payments runs
• Process all employee expenses
• Providing cover for other areas of finance

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months Accounts Payable experience covering the full spectrum of duties. You will also have an excellent level of Microsoft Excel teamed with an outgoing personality and good communication skills.
