Accounts Payable Assistant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to work for a well established business based in Edenbridge, Kent. The Accounts Payable Assistant is a newly created role, working as part of a small Finance team.
Salary: up to £30K
Location: Office based, Edenbridge - free parking
Hours: Monday to Friday - 35 hours a week
Accounts Payable Assistant duties:

• Processing invoices
• Coding and matching invoices with purchase orders
• Handling invoice and supplier queries
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Payment runs and processing payments
• Assisting with month-end

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience working in a similar Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger role
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Good IT skills and experience using MS Excel and accounting software
