As an Accounts Payable Clerk based in Altens Industrial Estate, Aberdeen you’ll be responsible for:
- Processing invoices, credit and debit notes using our internal system
- Dealing with queries via phone and email from suppliers and our branches, ensuring all issues are resolved swiftly
- Reaching deadlines to ensure all invoices are paid on time
- Dealing with all invoice queries
- Ensuring accounts paperwork are filed and stored appropriately

- A hardworking mentality to ensure deadlines are met
- To be able to help out elsewhere in the team where needed
- Previous finance experience is not required
