Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive

Location: Oxford Circus

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 + study support, free lunch and other great benefits.

The Company:

Our client, a multinational maritime group headquartered in London, is hiring an Accounts Payable Executive to join their high performing finance team in central London.

Main Duties:

• Involved in the day-to-day operational accounting function
• Function includes various ERP process of Accounts Payables, cash management, accounts receivables and general ledger.
• Accounts payables in processing of invoices and staff claims
• Accounts receivables validation of receipts
• Cash management in payments and bank reconciliation
• Preparation and posting of journal entries for month end accruals and prepayments.
• Preparation and loading of budgets and quarterly forecast in Oracle.
• Support annual audit process in preparing audit schedules and attending to audit queries
• Provide support and assist in ad hoc duties as and when required

Qualification / Experience

• Recognised qualification in Accountancy
• 2-5 years of working experience in a similar position
• Hands on experience in operational accounting, preferably in shipping.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud Applications or Oracle accounting system is preferred
