SalaryReed is working with a premium client, assisting a well-established London based property management company, which undertakes a full range of property mangement services, which has an extensive portfolio of over £3 billion of property assets both in the UK and abroad.
The company is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the Accounts Payable division.
This role will be supporting the Operations Finance Manager and will oversee ownership over all payments of the group of companies’ invoices and Lease Payable transactions.
This role is a full-time permanent position, based 3 days in the office, in Central London. As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be overseeing 3 people in the team.
Reporting into the Operations Finance Manager, the key responsibilities of this Accounts Payable Supervisor opportunity will include:
- Preparing of the weekly EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) report for approval.
- Preparation and payment of CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) contributions.
- Overseeing and/or processing landlord invoices, property invoices and authorising invoices above £10,000
- Posting and Payments of supplier credits.
- Posting of major works expenditure.
Lease Payable function duties:
Payment of all service charges and reserve contributions for all landlord units in a property.
• Payment of all service charges, reserve contributions and ground rent for owned units.
• Payment of all Equity Rent.

Essential Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property related industry.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Accounts Payable.
- Experience with “Qube” system or other property systems highly desirable.
- Good understanding of Ms Excel (pivot tables / vlookups).
