KennedyPearce are partnering with a hospitality company based in West London hiring an Accounts Payable Manager on a contracting basis for 6 months. This role is hybrid working with 3 days in the office required. You will be leading a team of 5 Accounts Payable clerks and reporting into a Financial Controller. The office has a great culture with a great buzz in the office.
We are looking for an experienced manager to hit the ground running and be a hands on leader:
Duties of the Accounts Payable Manager:
- Lead a team of 5 Accounts Payable clerks into weekly meetings, catch ups and training.
- Leads the month-end closing process and responsible for weekly review of pay runs in multiple currencies
- Review bank balances and cashflow and forecasting for the CFO
- Records all Accounts Payable transactions and ensures payments are made accurately and on time.
