Description
- Must have CIS experience
- Oversee the entire Accounts Payable operations.
- Ensure efficient management of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Implement and maintain systems for the management of Accounts Payable.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on AP performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to improve financial processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the AP team.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Manager should have:
- CIS Experience
- Background in AP within the construction industry
- Proficient with Xero
- Strong Excel skills
- Proven experience in managing an Accounts Payable team.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
