Salary: Up to £40K DOE

Main Duties:
- Invoice processing and management
- Invoice approval processes
- Payment run calculation
- Payment processing
- Remittance production
- Forensic analysis
- Develop and maintain financial record keeping and reporting systems
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Assist with regulatory reporting
- Prepare and review ledger entries and reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger system
- Previous Accounts Payable Supervisory experience within an office environment, ideally within a Finance team
- Property industry experience preferable but not compulsory
- Previous team management experience desirable
- In-depth knowledge of the AP process and ability to implement improvements to processes and controls whilst the company is in a position of growth
- Previous experience of working in a paperless environment would be desirable
- Passionate and driven about delivering a high level of service to internal and external suppliers
- Confident in contacting suppliers by email/phone to discuss our account
- Excellent IT skills, confident in using Microsoft packages, and working with multiple in-house systems
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- A team player, yet the ability to work alone and on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
