Equifind are working with an award-winning renewables fund, who are searching for an Interim Accounts Payable manager to join the business for 12 months.
The firm have had significant investment and continue to grow and expand internationally. They have coverage in multiple countries worldwide, so you will be joining a diverse and exciting company.
The role and duties
- Full ownership for all supplier invoices and credit notes
- Monitoring the central finance inboxes, ensuring all invoices are actioned on a timely manner, and revenue statements are forwarded to the relevant members of the team
- Raising purchase orders and ensuring approval in line with company policy
- Leading the invoice payments approvals process and liaising with various company departments
- Key contact for liaising with administrators on processing payments and ensuring weekly payment run deadlines are met on a timely manner
- Review and reconciliation of invoice discrepancies
- Performing monthly reconciliations
- Assistance with managing the budget for the AP function
- Assisting the wider finance team with all audit and non-audit queries
- Completing relevant procedures with administrators for onboarding of new suppliers and relevant compliance
- Enhancing the Accounts Payable processes and controls
Experience
- Previous use of multiple ledgers
- Strong working experience of concur
- Experience of working in a timely and organised manner
- Accounts payable experience of 5 + years
Salary
- Based in the City of London and with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office. Lots of flexibility
- To start in May and will pay in the range of £45k-£55k FTC, depending on your experience and industry background
