Accounts Payable Supervisor | 12 Month FTC | Leicester | £35,000 - £40,000
An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join a well-known Company on a 12-month FTC. This is a office based role based in Leicester. Sat within a finance team of 30+, you will play an integral part to the finance function's success.
This is a temporary role focused on overseeing the daily operation of the Accounts Payable team.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining the ledgers, whilst managing the AP clerksMatching and batching using the company PO systemOwnership of payment runsMaintaining users and approval hierarchies within staff expenses systemAssist with process improvement implementation projectsAd hoc and month end duties when requiredSkills required:The successful candidate will have experience in an Accounts Payable Supervisor role. Use to working in a fast paced environment with good Excel skills. AAT part-qualified or qualified is desirable but not essential. Softer skills required would include excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills.
