We are currently working closely with a brilliant company based in Hayes who are looking for a new Accounts Payable Supervisor to work in there fast paced finance department.

They are looking for someone who has previous Accounts Payable experience, as well as managing a team and able to manage their own workload

Are you a self-starter and resilient? Can you work in a high pressure environment?

Accounts Payable Supervisor duties:

• Processing invoices
• Maintain Supplier Master Lists
• Build relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Requesting credit and return notes
• Produce monthly reports and reconcile Accounts Payable accruals
• Provide supporting documentation for audits
• Reconcile supplier statements
