More about your role
You will manage the set-up of new supplier records, ensuring new supplier applications are complete and comply with requirements regarding health and safety, CIS, insurance and bank accounts. You will maintain the existing supplier records, ensuring the requirements as above are complied with for changes to existing supplier records. You will also be responsible for reviewing existing contractors who need to maintain accreditation as required – taking appropriate action where this is not maintained.
You will work as part of a busy Accounts Payable team ensuring that suppliers are set up correctly and that payments can made efficiently. You may also be required to assist with invoice processing and other AP duties as workload dictates.
More about you
You will possess a good knowledge of office processes and be experienced within a busy office environment. Ideally you will have worked in a role which requires high level of attention to detail. It would be highly advantageous if you have experience administering new and existing suppliers within a finance office however your meticulous nature and ability to error check is most important to us.
