Your new role
As the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will lead ateam of Finance Assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customerservice and the efficient processing of invoices. You will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing the Accounts Payable Team toachieve operational excellence.
• Implementing strategies to ensure adherence to ServiceLevel Agreements.
• Acting as a subject matter expert in Accounts Payableprocesses.
• Analysing team performance and identifying areas forimprovement.
• Ensuring compliance with financial controls andbusiness processes.
• Leading continuous improvement projects and fosteringa culture of innovation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in leading an Accounts Payable Team.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivateand develop staff.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A track record of improving processes and implementingbest practices.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder managementskills.
