SalaryMorgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts - Payments Assistant to support with the everyday Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable duties such as processing and checking payments, liaising with the credit control team and data entry. This is a temporary finance job opportunity to start ASAP, working for a great company based in Redhill, Surrey. The Accounts Receivable - Payable Administrator role will be office based and will be part of their busy transactional finance team.
Hours: 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday
Location: Redhill office based
Pay rate: £13-14 per hour
Duration: Temp - 3-6 months
Accounts Receivable - Payable duties include:
- Processing payments and invoices
- Uploading remittance advices
- Monitoring the finance inbox
- Processing Credit/Debit Adjustments
- Allocating BACS / Faster Payments received
- Resolving any payment queries
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience of working in a similar Accounts Assistant - Finance Admin support role
- Experience of Accounts Receivables / Accounts Payable
- Good level of MS Excel
- Data entry
