About the role:
- Monday to Friday
- Full time hours

You will look after the running of company payroll and invoicing systems. Duties will include:
- Collect and collate all timesheets
- Ensure that the weekly payroll is accurate and ready to process by the required deadline
- Create accurate records for all new employees
- Regularly make checks to ensure input accuracy of all data
- Calculate any overtime, shift payments and pay increases
- Administer holiday pay requests
- Calculate and input all statutory payments
- Take ownership of pay and invoice queries
- Manage and complete all documentation relating to payroll such as P45 tax forms, pension forms
- Ensure that all payroll deductions such as tax, national insurance and pensions are accurately recorded and reconciled
- Reconcile Bank statements for payroll and invoicing
- Sales and purchase ledger
- Run weekly payroll and invoicing reports
Criteria:
- Ability to work and communicate in a team
- Focus and accuracy, on the task in hand is essential
- Confidence with IT and software systems and programs
- Ability to work with daily deadlines
- Strong organisational and timekeeping skills
- Full confidentiality and discretion on Payroll and invoicing information
