SalaryAn exciting opportunity has opened for an Accounts Receivable Assistant at a very well-established company based in Mid-Kent. This position will report directly to the Finance Manager and is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven experience in a similar role looking for a fast-paced environment and ready to get stuck in!
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Processing Credit Notes and Free Text in ERP System
- Ensuring Credit Notes are approved in a timely manner
- Reconciling Customer Accounts
- Partnering with the Credit Manager to resolve queries
- Month End Accounts Receivable reports
- Other Ad-Hoc tasks related to the position
The ideal candidate will:
- Have proven experience in a similar position
- Have a proactive can do attitude
- Have meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Not be afraid to get stuck in and take on any task at hand
