Job Description
Morgan McKinley is proudly supporting a fabulous organisation in the heart of Tonbridge who are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Assistant to oversee the Accounts Receivable on a permanent full-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent sales ledger skills to join a lovely team.
Salary: £28,400 per annum
Hours: 9am-5pm (Office based)
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Finance Assistant duties include:
- Produce fee invoices alongside managing the credit control process
- Maintain the sales ledger
- Manage inbound accounts queries
- Process debit collections, managing queries
- Reconciling and processing deposits
- Reconciling online payments account
- Petty cash management
Skills and experience required:
- Demonstratable Accounts Receivable / Sales Ledger skills
- Excellent customer service / stakeholder / communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
