Responsible for: Payroll Team (X3)
Overview
- To take responsibility for the day-to-day management of payroll and pensions,
- To take the lead responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a high quality payroll service.
- To take responsibility for Statutory Returns for Payroll & Pension.
- To take responsibility for the administration of the pension schemes, ensuring monthly and annual returns are submitted accurately and timely. To keep up to date with scheme rules and provide advice to management on the operational and financial impact of potential changes.
- To take primary responsibility for the operational administration of the payroll system (Resourcelink) financial systems including:
- To take responsibility for the control and management of financial information to inform decision making relevant to the role.
- To oversee the administration, reconciliation, and accounting of all payroll entries to include IR35 (PSC) and Apprenticeship Levy, ensuring communication of the administration process is communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
- To take primary responsibility for month-end exception reporting and reconciliations.
