Job Description
They are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Financial Accountant to join the finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Financial Accounting Manager.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, ledgers, and other financial records.
• Expenses and Reimbursements.
• Banking and Treasury
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Finance team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Provide support in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.
Requirements
• AAT Qualifications or comparable qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
