Accounts Assistant Part Time - 4 days

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a lovely company based in Edenbridge, Kent. The Accounts Assistant will be working as part of the Finance team, assisting with processing invoices, matching PO's, transactional accounting duties, supporting the Head of Finance with month end etc. The Finance Assistant job role is office based. Part time 4 days a week or full time considered.
Salary: £27-30K full time equivalent (pro rata for 4 days)
Location: Office based - Edenbridge, Kent
Accounts Assistant duties:

• Processing of invoices
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivables
• Expenses
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Prepare and update financial reports
• Assist with month-end
• Support with payroll admin

Skills and experience required:

• Proven experience working in a similar Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant type role
• Excellent IT skills - Excel and experience of packages such as; Sage and Quickbooks
• Highly organised and attention to detail
