Description
- Manage and process invoices, credit notes, and receipts.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Carry out bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Communicate with clients to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Assist with other accounting and finance tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable Assistant should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficient skills in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of accounting principles
