About the role:
Due to sustained growth, we are recruiting for an Accounts Receivablerole. This newly created role increases our Accounts Receivable capability, taking responsibility for all non-cruise AR invoicing.
The role is based in Avonmouth and offered on a hybrid working basis – 2 to 3 days per week.
What you will be doing:
- Responsibility for all sundry and sales order invoicing
- Partner with the business to improve data quality and process
- Posting of all VAT commission invoices
- Support in the production and management of our debtor reporting
- Ownership of staff purchasing process
- Responsibility for all non-cruise query resolution
- Responsible for all ad hoc credit control activity
- Provide cover for the cruise AR activity
- Assist with identifying and implementing control-based improvements to systems and processes
About you:
- Demonstrable Accounts Receivable experience in more than one business
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
- Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK
