Job Overview:
Axon Moore have partnered with a leading manufacturing company to appoint an Accounts Receivable Clerk to their expanding team. The role is ideal for a individual who has at least a few years in Accounts Receivable & is looking for a great development opportunity in a well-established business that has offices in more than 100 countries in the world.
Salary: up to £30,000
Location: South Manchester
Main Duties:

Ÿ  Daily processing of customer invoices and credit notes
Ÿ  Posting of customer receipts
Ÿ  Chasing customers for payment
Ÿ  Management of rental database and invoicing processing
Ÿ  Daily communications with internal teams relating to order statuses
Ÿ  Ensuring any overdue debt issues are communicated effectively to aid resolution
Ÿ  Monthly Debt reporting and meetings
Ÿ  Dealing with customer queries
Ÿ  Customer setup and credit checks where necessary
Ÿ  Other Ad hoc/project related work
Experience and skills:

• Experience in Accounts Receivable 
• Experience in Manufacturing would be desirable
• Ability to be flexible in approach
• Confident communicator, as you will be liaising with different departments
• Intermediate to high level Excel skills
• Sage 200 would be desirable
• AAT qualifications would be desirable
• Team player, positive attitude & organisational skills
• Good attention to detail and able to work to a fast pace
