Your new company is a well established International Business Consultancy firm who are looking for a Global AR Manager to oversee their working capital cycle.
Your new role
Your new role will be based out of the companies\' HQ, in the heart of London, overlooking a royal park. This role will primarily involve co-ordinating the duties of the AR team as the company expands. However, it will encompass much more than that. It will include a lot of exposure to end credit management, and also liaising with the CFO and Financial Director regarding the overall performance and outlook of the company\'s finances. You will also be in sole-charge of the companies\' blue-chip clients and their ledgers.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Due to the seniority of the role, the successful applicant will have at least 2 years of man-management experience. Credit control experience, while not something you\'ll be doing on a day to day basis, is still essential. Multi-currency experience would also be fantastic and experience with high value accounts is ideal. A team player, willing to get stuck in and lead from the front, is a must. You\'ll be leading a team of 5 to start with but will have say in the expansion of the team.
