Accounts Receivable - Property ManagementClerk (Part-time) - OUR CLIENT is an expanding and grounded, specialist real estate investor and developer who are backed by an equity rich institution. They have instructed us to help them hire a Part-time Accounts Receivable - Property ManagementClerk to join their finance team on a 3 or perhaps 4 day a week basis) and on a hybrid working model.
THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS: The Accounts receivable - Property ManagementClerk role will involve the following:
- Efficiently matching and allocating incoming customer receipts to the appropriate funds within established timelines. Ensuring accuracy and reconciliation of transactions.
- Posting batches to customer accounts with precision, incorporating charges, credits, and adjustments, as necessary. Maintaining meticulous records of all postings and transactions.
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of customer accounts, ensuring all financial data is accurately documented and readily accessible for audits and reviews.
- Working closely with the finance team to reconcile discrepancies, resolve queries, and ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Supporting in administering direct debit collections and resolving any issues.
- Carrying out other administrative tasks supporting the finance team covering maintenance of leases with the residents and collecting debts.
THE PERSON and SKILL REQUIREMENTS for Accounts Receivable - Property Management Clerk:
- Experience in a similar finance role in the Real Estate / Property industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and the knowledge of Property Management System such as QUBE, MRI, YARDI or similar would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
