Accounts Assistant (Accounts Receivables)

£25,500 salary

Based - Brentford, Middx TW8

Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

Immediate start

Experience on A/R , SAP / Excel preferred

Role:

The Accounts Receivables assistant will be responsible for coding and processing all customer payments. The processing takes place on SAP accounting software.

Duties:

• Jointly responsible for AR


• Coding and processing customer payments


• Getting appropriate authorisations for further processing


• Processing on SAP accounting software - training will be given

Skills:

• Focused approach to giving real assistance to the management team within The Company


• Able to adapt to the changing environment within a fast growing company


• Pleasant demeanour with a can do attitude


• Good organisational skills


• Good attention to detail with problem solving abilities


• Microsoft Excel and office - Vlookups and pivot tables


• Previous experience as an accounts assistant is vital


• Ideally suited to someone studying AAT/ACCA/CIMA


• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage but training will be given
