Description

• Lead the accounting team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and examine accounting records and financial statements for accuracy.
• Limited company accounts & Corporation Tax preparation
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop and improve accounting processes and systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
• Actively participate in team meetings and share best practices.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.

Profile

A successful Accounts Semi Senior should have:

• An educational background in Accounting or Finance. Qualified or working towards qualification
• Appetite to be trained and involved with Audit duties.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and other related tools such as Xero, Quickbooks & Sage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to work and eagerness to learn.
