Job Description
- The preparation of accounts and tax returns, both limited and unincorporated.
- Ensure high-quality professional services are provided to your own workflow/client portfolio.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
- Work closely with the team to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
- Participate in business development activities to promote the company's services.
- Setting up and using cloud-based software for maintaining our client's accounting records
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Accounts Semi Senior/Senior' should have:
- Previous experience working in an accountancy practice, 2years +.
- Previous experience in a client facing role, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Experience in business development within the professional services sector.
- Previous experience using cloud accounting software, Quickbooks and Xero (if possible).
- Strong IT, numeracy, and literacy skills.
