Accounts Supervisor

We are recruiting an Accounts Supervisor for a Worcester based business. Good all round accounts knowledge and previous supervisory experience is essential. The role offers hybrid working and is easily accessible from the M5 Worcester junctions.

The main focus of the role will include but not be limited to:

• Oversee team a small team of up to 4
• To support the Finance team with Accounts Payable, dealing with enquiries and tasks in a timely manner
• Supporting on Accounts Receivable tasks
• Overseeing general cash management
• Undertaking administrative support to Management Accountants
• Recording and filing cash transactions
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and make recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial systems and processes, have a strong attention to detail and have good IT skills and the ability to work with multiple systems.
