The roleManaging both purchase and sales ledgersProcessing day–to–day transactionsProcessing invoices in a timely mannerCustomer & supplier accounts reconciliationsCredit control – chasing for paymentsAssisting with external auditsAssist with any discrepancies/ queries from suppliers + customersLiaising with internal & external stakeholdersManaging business' fleet and associated accounts
The personPrevious solid experience in an all–rounded Accounts roleEfficient to meet deadlinesStrong analytical skillsStrong IT skills in standard software and MS packagesAbility to support & supervise others
