Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable and receivable transactions using accounting software such as Sage and Excel - Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations. - Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. - Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting. - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. - Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents. - Provide support to the accounting team as needed. Skills: - Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Sage and Excel - Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes. - Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
