This role’s main objective is to deliver high-quality activities and facilitate learning experiences that help young people grow in confidence and become more resilient.
Some duties include:
- To instruct activity sessions and facilitated learning experiences for residential and day visitor groups
- To liaise with group leader to ensure that programs are encouraging growth in participants and hitting the desired aims
