Role: Admin Assistant

The post holder will be responsible for administration and tracking of the operating budget as well as fixed asset management for key customers in NIC.
Core responsibilities include:
S2P (placing POs, GR-Client, invoice resolution, P2P issue solving), tracking of spending through standardized tools, preparing spending/forecast reviews with customers, preparing cross-charges and journal corrections, year end accruals.
On fixed asset management this involves creation of AEs, POs, GRs, ROCs, FADOs and inventory cycle counts.
Skills required:
Excellent knowledge of SAP and excel, operating with discipline, eye for detail, collaboration with diverse partners,
