Since opening, its training academy, commercial and utility operations have gone from strength to strength and the original expectations of creating a one-stop training academy and commercial air operation were far exceeded. Due to growth we are looking for an office administrator to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact between managers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule appointment, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with the HSE team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding and off boarding processes.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and files.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage day to day office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

Working Hours
- Full-time, Permanent - Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
Experience:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
